DESIGN HVAC - Air Conditioning & Heating Replacement - AC & Heating Service and Repair

I needed maintenance for my AC unit. I called them because a friend recommended them. The technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Best HVAC local company. I will use them for my future maintenance.

Design was great to work with during our system replacement. Corresponding was easy. Via text or phone. On time for all appointments. The owner is very kind and easy to work with.

Knowledgable technician arrived at the scheduled time. Was efficient and had the parts needed to diagnose the problem and make needed repairs. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Technition did not show up for scheduled time between 10 and 2. That was confirmed by text message only. Called office around 3 pm and Lucy stated that the time was wrong it was 11 and 3. She also stated technition would be after 5 pm. While on the phone it was stated she text the original times and she argued and hung up the phone and refused to answer the phone after. Tech never showed.the company response is incorrect. Not threats was made and they never attempted to call me and tell me about changes. Lucy also was the one that cancelled the appointment not me. They are very unprofessional and inconsiderate of anyone's time.

Called this company after hours because of the reviews. They were at my house within a few hours in the peak of AC season. They researched and discovered that my unit was still under mfg. warranty and they only charged me for labor. They were back the next day with a new blower motor. Quick, efficient and very respectful of our time and inconveniences. Thank you Neudes. They also gave me suggestions on improving the efficiency of my system.

We utilized Design HVAC services for our place of business. Locally owned and operated we couldn't have been happier with the response time, service and professionalism. Best local HVAC company! I was trying to find a local business to fix my old AC. Early July I was told to call them by one of my coworkers. I called them. They showed up the same day, gave me a free estimate. Next day, in the morning; they changed my unit, the service was fast, neat and professional. The owner explained to me all the details, brands options! Best local business!

I supposed get a yearly maintenance service, and paid full year. They did not show up and called for it. I was told that I have to pay each time and they did not even provide the contract details and communication. Not recommending such a fraud services to anyone.

Ac went out, my warranty company set up appointment for Sunday (this happened on Thursday and 100 degree weather) called and they changed appointment to the same day I called- Friday, they got it running for the weekend and replaced the motor on Monday, Great response, very nice people, on time, courteous and very professional. Will definitely use them again if needed.
