Would never tell anyone to use this company. Techs are not user friendly and try to talk you into higher dollar replacement parts that you probably don't need. Only one choice of replacement parts. The most expensive out there. The charge per hour more than some other companies. Never recommend them.

We had 1st c as kk come out for maintenance on our tankless water heater and my parents tankless water heater. They also put new valves in bathroom faucet. They did a great job, took care to make sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Don’t look any farther for a great company! Five plus stars!!! All the way!

We had our routine furnace service and furnace filters cleaned. Technician (Daniel) was great and we will definitely use this service. I will request Daniel for this service as well.
We also had our tankless water heater flushed and our water softener replaced. Our plumber was Josh and he was superb. We’ll definitely use Josh again for any plumbing needs.
Our neighbor recommended this company, and we happily recommend them to others!

They were the first ac company I called to a full AC replacement. I also checked with two other company’s Jhon Wayne and Elmer. 1st call beat them by $4850 and beat them with 10 year warranty. Will F came out to my house to see if my unit could be fixed or needs to be replaced. I was it needed to be replaced. Will walked through the process of different units and prices. Not even once did he push to get the top of the line. But we wanted top of the line. We made payment arrangements and we were set for next day installation. The two AC tech showed up right on time ready to work. Ryan and Johnny are by far two of the neatest works I’ve ever seen. After they finished the installation they swept the area’s and left the room cleaner then when they started. They also took time to walk me through the ecobee thermostat great device. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for Ac or plumbing work. The whole installation took around 4 hours. Amazing job 1st call plumbing. We got the 5ton unit thanks again Will F. 🥶work awesome.

I had a burst pipe after the recent cold front, called them Monday and they were able to send someone on Tuesday. They were very professional and fixed the leak very quickly. I highly recommend them!

The plumber was courteous, explained in detail all the job to be done. They place 2 water heater at my home. Great job , and they clean every thing.

Truly I am impressed with the amount of professionalism provided from this company. They showed up on time and ready to work. The scope of the work was to replace our water heater and they also installed a pressure valve in our yard.

Upon doing so they found a busted pipe or leaky pipe and first thing comes to mind as a homeowner is oh no... here we go.... they were out there for hours digging to find the leak in the hot Texas sun.. and we all know that is no joke. I had thoughts there would be extra charges.....but no, Ryan from First Call Plumbing was there to do the job and take care of us.

We are very relieved that this company cares more about the customer than the bottom line. Everything was taken care of without any additional charges. And I am flat out impressed!!

If I have anymore plumbing needs they will be the first company I call and I highly recommend you call them they do quality work for a price that can't be matched. So do yourself a favor like we did and call the Pro's - 1st Call Plumbing!!

I had two different issues/repairs that needed to be addressed and both tradesmen showed up at the same time. I appreciate the call confirming the appointment. I appreciated the text message about the appointment. I appreciated the text message regarding the time that the tradesmen would show up as well as a picture of who to expect. I really, really am impressed with this company! I have called other companies initially and no one returned my call and even one company said they had 24-hour service and there was no answer! But 1st Call Plumbing is so impressive that I will sing your praises forever! Thank you so much! The technicians were so helpful. They were so friendly, and explained everything thoroughly as well as taking pictures which really was helpful to see what the issues were and then explaining how it all was repaired/replaced.

My husband had concerns about our water heater that had built up calcium and other minerals in the water. We were not expecting a quick opening on the same day. Mr. J.J. and Mr. Oscar were the best. Mr. JJ showed my husband the different functions on what water heater and use of their purpose. He did the job expeditiously. We very impressed by the efficiency of the work that was performed. The cost was most affordable. These young men are to be commended for their knowledge and professionalism in their work. An outstanding job that is to be recognized in this profession.
