1st Call Plumbing, Heating & Air - San Antonio Plumber

I actually had called on another company which never showed up. I called 1st call plumbing and they showed up they actually accommodated me to see me the same day. Needed a new water heater they were able to install the following day..And they showed up when they said they were.. Very satisfied and so excited to have hot water again. The technician Zakk Mc combs was so professional and explained everything in full detail..Awesome very happy!

Greg showed up and did a great job addressing all of our concerns and fixed the issues in a timely matter. Very personable and professional. Will def use him again

Im so happy that justin was able to stop by last minute to fix our leaky faucet pipe! It was a tough one, but they fixed it and my grandmother doesnt have to go with out water. Thanks for the help!!!

I called for an appointment to get my ac system repaired . I also scheduled an appointment online for the ac system repair . 1st Call did call back. They also confirmed an appointment for the same day as I requested. That was all good and satisfactory.
The technician arrived within the time frame of the appointment. Again, good. The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He efficiently repaired the problem. (The system drain was clogged). I supplied the chemicals (bleach and hot water). The technician was at my residence approximately a half hour. The repair took at most 15 minutes.
I felt the price of the repair was high , but after talking to owner , a reasonable fee was agreed to. .
Overall the company did a good job . They were quick and responsive . The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

Very professional, friendly and nice looking. Explained things so I could understand what he was going to do and the choices I had. Chose to have repair parts for now. At a later date will have them install a new toilet.

Karl with 1st Call was incredibly professional, very knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to clear the obstruction in my line. He was able to resolve the issue and he was able to show me camera imaging of the lines and walked me through it. Very informative and he was more than happy to answer my questions. I am glad to say that I had 1st Call come out to my home, because they actually did a great job and are very professional. Thank you again, Karl!

Adam and Justin came out the next day to help with my plumping problems. Gave me a free estimate and answered all my questions. Helpful team calling and keeping me up to date on arrival time.
