    I called them to repair my washer which was not spinning out and draining properly. They sent a repair guy out a couple days later. He told me he knew what needed replacing and the office would contact me about the part cost and when they could do the work. Thier estimate was decent (though they charged me an hour in labor when it took 15 minutes) so I said go ahead... took another week for them to get back to do the replacement. This cost me around $250.00. I only do laundry on weekends so I didn't know for 4/5 days, but the washer still didn't spin out when I tired it. So, I called them to come back and ACTUALLY fix it. The repair guy came back in a couple days, and said NOW he was sure it was the shift actuator that needed replacing. It took another few days, but then Patricia - from the office called me and said the part would be around $50.00 again, but that I'd also have to pay anther service call fee, and labor. "Excuse me" I said, " but I've already paid you guys for this same repair." She said no, this was a separate call out...I argued that I had called them for the same exact problem as before and that I wouldn't have to call them again if they'd fixed the problem the first time. I was told that they had no guarantee on thier work and so to do the repair I'd need to fork over another $260.00 to $280.00. I'm thinking if they will not guarantee thier work in any way then how do I know that thier repair guy didn't just decide he was going to come back 3 or 4 times before he ACTUALLY fixed the machine. Then they can charge a "service fee" and labor multiple times for the same job...so when she says "Do you want me to order the part or not?" I tell Patricia I need to think about it. I check the part price online -$28.00- and see if I have any friends who can do the replacement. Having no luck, I call her back back 2 days later and say ok, fine, order the part and schedule the work. I hear nothing for a week and a half so I call again and when I finally get a hold of Patricia she didn't remember this conversation and apparently couldn't find the part order. She says she'll call me back. She never did call me back. I ordered the part online, watched a YouTube video and did it myself. It took 5 minutes... and the washer still didn't spin out. Sooo, I had to buy a new washer. Meanwhile, I had no washer from July 15th until October 13! Its my opinion that Sigwald is not the company it once was. I used thier services many times in the past, but they are so untrustworthy now I will NEVER use them again. It is not ethical to charge someone multiple times for the SAME repair! Period. They now seem to have no pride in the work and feel no moral obligation to do the job right. AND if you dare to question this behavior miss Patricia gets more and more rude, curt and then nonresponsive.

    We have used Sigwald a few times and have been extremely happy. They have never tried to sell us more than we needed. This visit, they came on a Sunday in less than 1 hour. Time and a half on the weekend, but it was mid 90s outside and well worth it! We explained the problem and the technician (Warren was awesome!) said he knew it was a capacitor. In 15 minutes, he was done and it was fixed! Awesome!

    Our AC went out last night. Called Sigwald Services at 8 AM this morning and they were here by 8:30 AM. Issue was found and corrected by their technician and we had cooling air before 9 AM. Repair costs were very small, far from what they could have been. GREAT JOB! When we need service again, you can bet we will be calling Sigwald Services of Rockport TX.

    I have used Sigwald twice now, for different properties. Darren responded to my call on a Sunday within 1 hour and had my A/C replaced the next day. I was thrilled they accepted my payment by credit card. I consider Sigwald my "go to" A/C and heating company in Rockport!
