Isaiah & Mauricio were very professional, polite and thorough when they came out to service our a/c unit. They took the time to explain the system we have and any issues that they ran across. I highly recommend each of these gentlemen and will definitely use them again in the future!

My experience with this company was excellent. My air conditioning went out on Saturday and by Saturday night, they were already here working to repair. Unfortunately I was not awake so they immediately came back on Sunday exactly at the time they promise. I worked with Steve Govea and I can’t express how wonderful he was. I would highly recommend using him if possible as he is so efficient, communicative, and transparent. I really appreciate this company and my technician, and would love to use them again in the future.

Called the company and advised that our system s working fine but is putting out dirt particles since it has not been serviced in some time. On 2/27/23 Technician came out promptly ( 2 stars for that). He removed the cover from one unit and showed me the dirt. He then went into a discussion of what needed to be done and claimed that a replacement of the whole system was the best way to go. He did nothing else to the units. He gave me the impression that is is a big job he did not want to do ! A sales guy called a few days later saying he was in the area. I was unavailable for a few weeks but never heard from them again. I guess he realized that the cost of a replacement system is a bit larger that the labor cost of cleaning my working system. I still was charges $ 120 for the "no work" information call. Your people know their jobs but are unmotivated and lazy. I found another company who cleaned all the units at a reasonable price. I am taking my money and your reputation every ware else.

My technician Steve was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures of all ac components inside and outside. He explained everything he was doing and the results of all equipment he checked. Very satisfied with his work.

We called for a second opinion and Isaiah came and took great care of us. He checked things out and offered options. There was no heavy sales pitch, only information that made things easy to decide. Also, a friend had a new system installed and is extremely happy with the work.
I highly recommend Sigwald for HVAC maintenance and service.

Mauricio Hernandez was the technician that came out to give us a quote to replace a/c, inside and out. Got a reminder day before from company, got a personal message from tech with picture of himself, so I would know who was coming, showed up 10 minutes early, very nice man, very informative, very knowledgeable, courteous and professional 😀👏. Even though we have home warranty, will probably use Sigwald to do our repairs 😁🙌👌

, Steve, with Sigwald Service Co. analyzed my HVAC and made recommendations for upgrading. He was courteous and professional and we accepted his recommendations. He then installed additional equipment which will ensure our comfort and safety.

Steve Govea was professional, courteous, and very efficient when replacing the blower motor in my air handler. I will ask for him specifically the next time I need repairs on my A/C system.

Jacob contacted us before arriving with a photo to identify him as a Beyer Boys employee. He quickly identified the problem. With our approval, he confirmed the problem and solution. My wife and I have a fully functioning AC unit. We highly recommend the Beyer Boys and their excellent staff.

Great experience and also got tips on how to keep my unit clean and general knowledge.

The service was excellent- above and beyond, what was I need without high price tag. He checked all the units to make sure everything was working and the issue was just the thermostat. Truly appreciate the same day service because my pipes were frozen and needed the heat on. All the companies I called were not available, this would have ended up as a expensive issue if I did get any service same day.

Thank you, new customer but staying forever and will be calling again for any AC, electric or plumbing issues.
