Overnight we felt the AC had stopped, today at 82 degrees we were certain and our son was flying in tomorrow. We haven’t seen him in over 1 1/2 years because of the pandemic.
Please note this is July 4th weekend in Rockport, the hottest and most busy time of the year. We called as soon as you opened and in 2 hours Gab was here and fixed our AC.
He was knowledgeable, and very efficient, assuring us that he would get it fixed for us, and not leave us to suffer. This is the second or third time that your company has responded on
