Clayton was professional and sympathetic when he discovered my motor was burned out and he wouldn't be able to get another for 5 days. Unfortunately, it was a hot spell in November. But he came back as soon as he had the motor and installed it.

Our most recent repair was done about 3 weeks ago when the drain line to our AC was not draining outside. I believe the guy's name was Brandon came by 30 minutes after being called, and it was after hours. Did an amazing job and only charged the hour fee. My husband had worked on it the full day, sure wish he'd called Sigwald earlier, them boys got it done in just a few minutes. I highly recommend them!

Steve Repaired our LG washing machine and let us know it was worth fixing instead of purchasing a new one…..the young lady that makes the calls anc contacts kept us informed on parts and returning g for repair

Steve came out to check a couple of appliances and descaled our ice machine and ordered a part of our refrigerator. Very professional
