I’m a small business owner and my building uses 2 units , one fairly new and one that’s older. One unit stopped working(older) and the newer unit wasn’t working properly. So I starting reading reviews and Cool Experts stood out. I had just saw this company on a news interview a few days prior , so I decided to give them a try . By far this was one of the best decisions I made all year . From the receptionist, to the technician and team that promptly came out the same day, the service was remarkable. They serviced the newer unit , which basically just needed maintenance and assessed the older unit. Unfortunately it needed replacement but I was given a fair price for a new unit and they were able to install the very next day . Very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism shown from start to finish . I highly recommend Cool Experts for all and any HVAC issues .

These guys were informative, professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and were mindful of cleaning up any debris from their work. They were happy to accommodate my request to cover any baby stuff around the house incase of dust while they cleaned all the vents and ducts.

Rapid response. The problem turned out
To be a bit difficult to diagnose but the technician did a great job of figuring out the problem.

Great folks. Called them on a Saturday night, showed up on Sunday, diagnosed the issue immediately, provided a fair price, and fixed the leak in the evaporator coil the next day. Highly highly recommend Omar and his team!

The team from Cool Experts AC were the first to give me a quote (out of four companies) and they were eager to answer all of my many questions. Once I decided to use them for our full system replacement, installation and duct repair, they got us on the schedule immediately. When the team arrived on the day of installation, they were professional and so courteous. Javier and Tony were amazing! Truly the heroes of the day with freezing weather coming in. They worked all day in the freezing air and cleaned up before they left. They maintained smiles and great spirits all day in the cold. It was a GREAT Experience!

The guys were wonderful. Polite and very thorough. My allergies were so bad but I noticed a difference within hours that they were down cleaning and sterilizing our vents.
