My temp was close to 89 at it peak and now my system is cooling again. Jeremiah was prompt, professional and detailed. I had been quoted by another company outrageous prices and service fees and Cool Experts AC were the best value. I had been with a company and hadn’t changed because I was use to just calling them my service today had me happy for change. Sometimes you feel like you have to take slight from service providers because you need service and can’t wait but Jeremiah proved you can have prompt, quality, and valuable service

These guys know their game. I spent over $200 with other named companies but they were not able to find the issue.

I felt like it was not very informative. I had to ask a lot of questions to get my answers but sometimes the rep does not know how to answer. The manager has not contacted me yet since 4 days ago.

Had CE give me an evaluation, said problem probably not an HVAC problem, David, the tech, was great...felt like I was given an honest evaluation and Peyton that took call was very helpful. Probably just found my HVAC "go to" company.

Called Cool Experts AC after I had two other companies come out who couldn’t fix my problem. The two gentleman who came were friendly and diagnosed the problem (someone disconnected a wire I couldn’t see and messed with the circuit board) and were very professional in explaining to me what happened. They even stayed a few minutes to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend this company as all communication from setting up the appointment to the workers went very smooth. They were awesome! Called they came right out & took care of my AC now I’m freezing lol

I came home after work noticing that my AC was not working. I went online and searched up nearby AC companies and found Cool Experts. I called them and they were able to squeeze me in their schedule on the same day. When they came, they did a full system check and told me I had a bad capacitor. They were able to replace it on sight and had the system up and running pretty quick.

Wonderful service! My AC went out and they came out the same day. With a baby who couldn’t sleep in the heat, the owner and August made sure my AC was up and running even if that meant waiting a few hours for my AC coils to thaw. Thank you so much!
