I contacted Nick's Air Service through an online quote at 6:30 this morning, and had received a response before 9am. Their tech Aleks was onsite before noon. He explained what he was doing, and what needed to be done. He was very courteous and respectful. Top notch service.

Dragan came as soon as he could and was able to give us some options on what our next steps should be. Everything was fast and efficient and everyone was super knowledgeable. If anyone is having air conditioner problems I would recommend going straight to Nicks!!!!!

This is a classic case of good business ethics goes a long way. I called with a problem with my heat and Nick was on a job and he asked what was wrong. After giving him some details he guided me through a very simple solution I did while he was on the phone. Boom, heat back on! Some people might think he just lost money, no he earned my respect and my old heating and air conditioning unit will now be serviced and eventually replaced by his company. And of course I want to tell people. That’s solid business right there. Saved me a hassle on a Saturday!

Great customer service! I called in a rush because our heat was not working with a 1-week old baby in the house. We could not go another night without heat (woke up with it 62 degrees and a crying baby). After trying to help fix the issue via FaceTime with no success, the owner came over within 20 minutes and fixed the unit for free. Highly recommend due to the phenomenal customer service, they clearly care to just help.

This company is a rare gem. The people who work here are honest, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I can't express how thankful I am for Nick taking time out of his weekend to help me with an A/C problem I was having. What a stand up guy! Nick really helped me out, even though he knew I was going with someone else! Company A did a HORRIBLE install on an entire system. Company B (who will be getting my business), and Nick (who I called for another estimate) helped me wrap my head around how to handle the situation. Thanks to their help, I got it quickly resolved and Company A will be uninstalling the system with a full refund! Without going into details, Nick gave me very helpful and sound advice. I'm sold on the type and brand of system Company A installed which Nick doesn't do, otherwise I'd be getting a quote from him too. He will be doing my maintenance though. Thank you Nick!
