Orlando has been servicing our AC unit for years and keeping our older unit vital.
Summer 2021 our AC died on a Friday at 4:30, and we had a new system installed by 4:30 on Saturday. Professional and friendly, along with impressing with their cleanup skills.

Honest Abe needs 10 stars. Orlando came to my house and walked me through the entire process of getting a new A/C unit and answered every question I had.
DJ and his crew showed up on time and worked hard all day in the heat to get the job done, the guys cleaned up and even helped me move something. Marisa was amazing at working with me on getting it schedule and set up.

I've used several other air conditioning companies over the years, and this was the first time I've used someone that was punctual, professional, and cost-effective. The guy that performed the maintenance check is a Marine, which both explains the professionalism and also gave me peace of mind, because he was courteous and still direct. I'll definitely be using Honest Abe Comfort Services for any air conditioning/heating issues in the future, as well as referring friends and family.

Orlando is a thorough gentleman and a professional. No high pressure sales gimmick. Just like the name - honest. Orlando identified the issue, and fixed it. Also today the weather was bad in dfw and the company. I originally called canceled on me at the last minute. Both my upstairs and downstairs HVAC units went out at the same time. The first unit was a whopper $7400 and that was with a discount. It also came with a bottom of the line programmable thermostat. I was hoping for a discount for the next one but no such luck. The other unit though smaller was still $7400 because of no discount. Repairing the old unit was $5400 and out of the question. I just chanced on Orlando who was recommended by my roofer Abby. He gave me a great deal. A new unit with 2 new Nest top of the line thermostats. The extra unit to replace the cheaper one installed on the big AC. The cost $1400 less give or take a few. The job was professional and service contract included servicing both units for a year. What was also impressive was his offer to fix the old unit for $3400. I went with the new one. I cannot recommend this company more.
