In addition, Mr. Orlando was very respectul of my environment and came with adequate personal protective equipment (face mask, gloves) which was important from my point of view, for someone to have when they are visiting my house. The Team at Honest Abe Comfort Solutions are the best in the business. Orlando’s professionalism and patience in explaining everything from start to finish is outstanding. Orlando has the information to show you what is the best system for your house without having you to get something that you don’t need. From Orlando all the way down to install crew, worked together as one and kept to the schedule from start to finish. The Office Administrator kept in constant contact with me before and after the install to ensure everything went very smoothly as planned. Also, kept the same integrity from when he proudly and honorably served in the United States Marine Corp. I couldn’t have asked for a better company!!!

We had an issue with our unit today in 106 degree Texas weather, my wife is pregnant and I have a 3 year old daughter. We initially called an alternate AC person that we had been using but he seemed very disinterested in coming out to help us again. I called Honest Abe and within 30 minutes Mr Rolando was at our door and had already pinpointed the issue. He was extremely personable and had a genuine and caring attitude for the well being of my family and it was very apparent. He could have said I’m done for the day due to it being the evening and the weekend but he came and made sure we were back up and running within 15 minutes. The feeling of care and empathy for my family is something I do not take lightly, this is coupled with the fact that he is a Marine made me feel like I had made the right decision and was in great hands moving forward. He is my only point of contact for HVAC help in this home and in the next as I intend to remain in the area. Everything was top notch from knowledge, tools, timing, personality, and price. There’s really nothing else you could ask for from another human being. Thank you so much.

Great service and was very prompt on returning my calls and answering my questions. As a realtor we are always on a timeline and with this company I did not have to worry about my seller not meeting his deadline - it was done about 10 days before our deadline! Our fan capacitor went out yesterday(6/16/22). I called this morning(6/17/22) about 830, and someone was out at the house by 951 this morning. It was fixed by 1030am; price is reasonable and affordable. Would recommend to anyone. Having a small business myself, I wanted to stick with a small business, rather than a chain. Plus that they are also Veteran owned, as my husband is also a Marine Corps veteran. Happy to be able to help another small business and also a fellow Marine owned company. I also wanted someone close to us in hopes that would help get it repaired today, as long as it wasn’t something major. Thank you for fixing it so quickly with our early heatwave going on! Looking forward to going home to a cool home tonight!

Wonderful to do business with. Fast efficient and fair. A coil was rusted and leaking Freon. They could replace or upgrade entire system. It is never cheap but the price was very reasonable so we went with the entire system replacement which came with a 10 year warranty versus the 90 day for the a coil only replacement. Glad we did. It has been right at a month now, the electric bill came today and we used 600kw less than we did on the same period last year. I would definitely do business with them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Orlando and and his team at Honest Abe Comfort Solutions are the top of the top. They installed a new AC and heating system in my house and we've had lower AC and heating bills ever since. We are pleased with the work they have done, and the cost too! Could not recommend them more.

Home remodel. Needed unit moved to attic and coils changed, as well as relocated the outside unit, electric, and plumbing. Team was in and out, kept a clean space, followed up. Can recommend in good faith, and will use for all future HVAC needs.
