I called on a Friday afternoon around 4:00 pm with no ac on one of the hottest days so far this summer! Orlando came out and we were back in business cooling down by 5:30! For us it was a quick and easy fix since he had the parts in the truck! Love this company!

We had a clogged drain line. They came out and got us taken care of quickly. Both technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived early and had our AC back up and running in no time. I'd definitely recommend them for any AC needs.

My husband and I purchased a house about a year ago that had all of the original ductwork and insulation from 1971. We called multiple AC companies and got quotes. In the end, Honest Abe was by far the cheapest, while also offering more work. Part of our house was an add-on. Honest Abe was the ONLY company out of four different AC companies that said they would find a way to adjust the ductwork in the add-on. Everyone else said they couldn’t get to that part of the house, but Orlando and his crew were determined to get to that part of the house and get the work done right!
Two days before ductwork was supposed to go in, the AC capacitor went out and our AC stopped working at almost midnight. Orlando was at our house the very next morning and fixed it within 30 minutes so we could have air!

Orlando’s wife, Marisa, is the incredibly kind lady who answers the phone and helps schedule everything. I kept telling her that we would become bffs because I kept calling her to ask a million questions. She was never once irritated, but always helped answer any questions I had.
Honest Abe went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work on our AC and I will forever recommend them to friends and family.
*oh, and just to show how great they are, one of the workers helped me fix my bathroom exhaust fan AND garage door while they were here because they both stopped working. Great AC, great work, and even GREATER people.

Our AC decided to go out the week we were trying to sell our house, obviously it's hard to sell a house in Texas without AC. Honest Abe Comfort Solutions worked hard and fast to get a brand new unit installed the day before our showings started. They are absolute life savers, and I absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Orlando and Marisa are the best! Our HVAC system was on its last legs and we were crossing out fingers that it would last until it could be replaced. Orlando came right out and gave us an estimate AFTER he emptied our overflowing drain pan to prevent further damage to the ceiling below. Unfortunately, the system we wanted was on back order, but it came within 2 weeks. In the meantime, Marisa was patient with us getting our questions answered and redoing the estimate for us. Install was seamless and the workman cleaned up after they finished. I’m very particular about service, especially when we are talking thousands of $$$s, and Orlando and his crew were just as particular about their workmanship. Highly recommend!
