Honest Abe and Orlando are awesome! They replied to my home advisor inquiry within minutes and he came out the next day ASAP. Found and fixed the problem and even took the time to call my AC manufacturer to find out about the warranty to replace the coil. Super nice guy. Would recommend to anyone without a doubt.

We have called Orlando for two issues with our system--over the summer for our AC and this winter for our heater. He has always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and transparent. In scheduling he responds quickly and is always early or on-time. When diagnosing the problem he fully explains and shows you what the issue is and is transparent about all pricing estimates. He takes the time to answer questions and make sure that you understand and feel comfortable with his work. Also, when he finished, he made sure that the area was completely cleaned.

Bottom line: He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind, and affordable. I would recommend Honest Abe and Orlando to anyone that needs Ac/hearing services.
