Guys came out to give us a quote. Within a week they had 2 new units installed. Have called them back twice. This past weekend had issues and left message on the on-call line. JP called back within 30 minutes to let me know he was on his way. Wasn’t even a bargaining of “next week” but “ I am on my way”. Came out out promptly and took care of everything efficiently and professionally. Would highly recommend this company.

To begin let me start by saying wow. This company is amazing. Technician Donnie was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and did the work in a very short time. Technician Donnie walked me through the process of billing. Made it easy to follow. If you want an AC company I recommend this company.

I have been doing business with Guy's for over 10 years. Donnie Eicher is my service person. I cannot recomend a more excellent company with caring and professional staff. Donnie goes far and beyond to take care of all my concerns. Even simple service as changing batteries in my thermostats. Please call Guy first. I've dealt with all the A/C and heat companies. You need to look no further.

No way would I recommend this company. Save yourself some time and money and call someone else. My Blower Motor / Module went out on a 3 year old AC System so the parts were under warranty, Their technician tried to OVER CHARGE for the repair by charging for the replacement of 2 parts... The Blower Motor and the Module which are attached to each other. I called another company who came out and fixed it the same day for half the cost. It literally took him 15 minutes to remove the Blower Motor / Module, he took it to the MFG and the MFG provided him with the new parts all in the same day at half the cost. I called the tech and questioned him why on earth he would charge labor for both parts that are connected together. Stay away from these crooks and find a more honest AC Company. Total Quoted cost for replacing the Blower Motor was 462.00 plus the original 54.00 for them to come out. The company I had fix it was half the cost.

AJ with Guy's AC was so nice and helpful. I called Guy's on Sunday when I had seen one of their trucks on the road in Kingwood. My AC stopped blowing clold air. He was more then happy to come back out to my house after he was finished with his next call in Pasadena, which was going to be about 7pm, but he would be there to help. He was so nice and told me what the fee was upfront and what he thought it might be. I ended up finding someone to come out a lot sooner. AJ even called me back to let me know he was on his way when i told him i found someone else. Because of AJ I would definitely use and recommend Guy's AC company on his merit alone. Thank you.

I have called and I asked for someone to come out to my home for repair of my AC. Within a couple of hours I had a repair man knocking at my door. For a family own, Christian business that has been around for years I would highly recommend their company. You would not be disappointed.

These people are not honest and if they can get over on you they will. My car was damaged by their building and instead of doing the right thing and covering the damage they choose to give me the run around for month's. I ended up having to make a claim in my insurance. The owner's response was " this is just how it is".
