When my A/C of 36 plus years bit the dust, I called Chad from Guy's A/C for a quote. Chad came out and assessed the situation and provided my wife and I a very competitive bid, offered extremely excellent financing and offered to have the unit installed right away. His employees showed up on time, where very courteous and cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess for us to clean up. Dewayne spearheaded the installation and was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The work was completed in one day as promised and Dewayne did a follow-up call the next day to see if we had any questions.
As a business owner, I highly recommend Guy's A/C.

Guys A/C is the way to go! Our A/C system was 28 years old, and we were dying with the summer heat and didn't want to risk it going out completely. I did some research and requested a few bids from other companies, but I didn't feel that they were that helpful explaining our options since I'm definitely no HVAC expert. I tried Guys A/C just based on their online reviews and so glad I did! We worked with Sheldon, and he is awesome. He came out to assess the whole system (with a mask) and really took his time to explain all our options. I was working from home, and he was very understanding in working around my time. We took a long time to decide on the system we wanted and he was very patient and helpful during that time. He oversaw the installation and made sure everything was taken care of. I HIGHLY recommend Guys A/C. Sheldon answered tons of questions, and responded quickly every time we needed something. They are the best!

Chad & crew were great. Complete A/C & Heating new system, including ducts. Showed up on time, completely done in less than 7 hrs. Did extras for us by putting in a duct for our new vent-a-hood. Chad noticed we had a new hood to install, he said they would put the duct in without us even asking. They went above and beyond what was expected. They even vacuumed after work was done. Very professional. Went through Costco for new system. Guy’s is a great contractor for anyone. Highly recommend. Thanks again to Chad & his crew.

My air went out and they came the same day and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. Thank God it wasn't anything major. The lady on the phone and the gentleman that came out was so sweet and professional. I would highly recommend Guys.

Stay far away, technician came out and said it was low on freon and the R22 was so expensive, he used a replacement freon that destroyed the compressor and charged me $600+ for it. If there was a zero star option I'd take it. Brought in another AC repairmen, who let me know the attic unit had a piston with a jammed valve. He drained the freon, and changed the valve for $15. He also replaced the outside unit because of the compressor. Went from a $10k new unit, to a $2k job. Sorry sorry sorry SOBs.

In readying our home for sale, we had Cody out to help us with our upstairs AC after it began to not blow quite as well as it could. He is the most knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy person we have ever met. He was able to bring our system back to where it should be quickly. He also was a big help with clearing up some other AC system items as well.
Anytime we need service, we will call Guys and ask for Cody.

After 11 years and several thousands of dollars nursing the AC units installed in our home we decided to replace both systems. We were introduced to Guy’s AC through Costco Homeowner’s Services. Chad came to our home and provided a detailed estimate that covered the issues we wanted to have addressed including two new systems and some air return/ducting work to remedy hot spots in our home. After also receiving an estimate from a highly reviewed Trane dealer for two systems of comparable efficiency we elected to go with Guy’s AC because Chad’s estimate was 10% less than the Trane quote even before taking into account Costco’s 10% cash back rebate.

On the morning of the installation Chad showed up to our home with his crew and after giving them detailed instructions about the installation they got to work. They were polite, clean and worked quickly. They turned what we were expecting to be a two day project into a one day project. The quality of the installation is such a dramatic improvement over the original equipment installed by the builder that l am optimistic about the longevity of our new Lenox equipment and looking forward to saving a few dollars on our cooling bill this summer.

I would not hesitate to recommend Chad and the team at Guy’s AC for quality service at a reasonable price point.
