I called, told them my AC Unit outside wasn't turning on and inside was blowing hot. I had Amana, they said they could make it with all the flooding aftermath by a certain timeframe. They called that morning and since then I had Freezing Cold Air! John checked out all he needed to and have some good advice... Did I mention I am freezing cold now? AWESOME SERVICE GUY'S!!!

Very unprofessional employees! Don't expect to ask them any questions. Your response will be go to school if you want to know. Employees are very arguementive and will not even listen to what your issue is. I highly recommend you find a different company to take care of your AC. If i could give zero stars i would but I had to put 1 star just to post this review.

Awesome care, gave us option for repair. Then came back for major repair when we were financially ready. Had small problem again the came and fixed same day with no additional charge !!

Honest and reliable. Willing to go the extra mile. I appreciate the prompt response when needed. The courtesy and knowledge of the employees is also reassuring. This type of customer service is rare these days.

So, guys ac just left & I would definitely recommend them! It was a $200 fix with service and the part. They were here before the time slot that they told me and he was very honest.
