We've been Wood A/C customers for 7 years & have the maintenance agreement, which I recommend since it's worth the expense. We always request Mike, because he's professional, detailed and friendly (even our dogs love him!). I appreciate Wood A/C's good old fashion customer service. For ex: talking to a real person when I call, I receive a phone call when Mike is on his way, and the time window for service is only 2 hours compared to other companies that expect you to wait 4+ hours for service. Thank you Wood A/C for your consistent service.

My husband and I bought a house in December. By mid-January we were shocked to discover that our new home did not have the right AC system. After some research and reaching out, Wood AC got in contact with us very quickly after we inquired about a new system. We received a free quote as they came out and examined the unit we had in place and made recommendations for us, providing us with financial options as well. They helped us through the process completely and answered all of our questions and concerns. Once we chose what we wanted, they placed the order and had someone out to install within a week! It was incredible how much they stayed in contact and kept us in the loop of everything that was going on. Such friendly and professional people!

We had 3 new air/heating units installed earlier this spring. We noticed that the unit servicing the upper level was not working. Wood A/C responded to our call for service the same day the issue was detected & returned again today. The unit is currently working again. We appreciate the quick response & courteous service we received at the time of purchase & again when a repair issue arose.

Jeremy and his crews always do a thorough job, clean up any area they work in, and make sure we know to call if anything goes sideways.
