They came out on a Saturday. Took care of my renter and didn’t try to upsell me. They just warned me that the system is aging.

The gentlemen cleaned the vets and were excellent and very professional.

Came out the same day and diagnosed something that could not be repaired. Worked diligently to find a new gas outdoor tankless hot water heater and replaced it the day after it was located. It’s an expensive fix, but they have no control over that.

So I do think that they should get 5 stars on my second call to them but they got 4 because the first call I made yesterday morning was almost a deterrent to using them! Air conditioning unit outside stopped working called them first and was not pleased with the first lady I talked to! She gave me the price to have someone come out and look but she was NOT at all friendly! She sounded annoyed! So I said I was going to call and get quotes from other ones and I'd call back! I called maybe 20 other places and most won't even answer the phone but one that did was JDs and the lady there was sooooo nice and since I was out of their radius it would cost me more so she recommended that I call Wood again even tho they were cheaper than the few that actually answered I was reluctant because the lady I talked to that morning was a bit rude.
I called anyway since I was running low on options and the lady I talked to that time was entirely different! She was a pleasure to speak with; super helpful and responsive I think her name was Kristen maybe! They came out just a couple hours later and the tech that fixed it was honest and pleasant and friendly! So if you are considering using them don't be discouraged by the unpleasant lady if she answers the phone! They really are impressively good! I was ready to pay $61 more using someone further away just to avoid having to talk to that 1st lady again!!! They are reasonably priced, helpful, fast, and efficient!!! Minus the one lady.

Jeremy was on time, courtesy and professional. He hooked up all my new kitchen appliances.

Came out and looked at my gas fireplace. Was honest about what was needed. Will be purchasing new item and calling them to install. Polite, professional and on time!
