Very pleased with the fast service

after calling another local AC company and having a bad experience, i called wood air conditioning to help fix my AC. within a couple hours they were at my house, after hours, and solving our problem. our service technician took the time to talk to us about what was going on and the solution to our problem. even though it was 9:00 at night, our tech was very patient and explained everything thorough. i will forever call wood for any further service to our air conditioning and heating. very impressed!

I highly recommend Wood Air Conditioning for your air conditioning needs. In the late summer of 2015, I contacted Tommy James about the possibility of replacing our entire heating and cooling system for our 17,600 square foot building. Some of the major challenges were to remove the old systems without causing disruption to our daily operation, the safety of workers, store personnel and customers, and the ability to maintain a suitable inside temperature for the comfort of our personnel and customers. These were all daunting challenges in our minds; however, with thoughtfulness and thoroughness, Tommy developed a proposed plan. Working together, we “tweaked” the process and agreed on the time to begin the work, expected time to complete the project, and the process to minimize any inconvenience for our store personnel and our customers.

Wood Air Conditioning began their work on the agreed upon date. They completed the project in less time than they had proposed, were conscientious of any interruption of our operations, worked diligently to keep all work areas clean and orderly, and every employee and subcontractor was extremely cooperative and courteous. The end results were amazing!

Wood Air Conditioning did a superb job for us. There were instances when they exceeded expectations and provided some extras that were not included in our agreement. We have been impressed with several follow-up calls and visits to our store to insure that everything is working as promised. Although we were not promised operational savings, we have experienced lower utility bills. That’s a plus for which we are grateful. Our inside temperature is now more evenly controlled and has added to our overall comfort. We are happy we chose Wood Air Conditioning and have every reason to believe that you, too, can put your confidence in this fine company.

Great service! We signed up for the service plan and save on any parts. The service gold are knowledgeable and very efficient in diagnosing as well as repairing our heat pump.

He found an issue that I wasn't aware of, and is a fire hazard, and will come back another day to replace the whole vent pipe for my HVAC system. Glad he caught the issue before it was going to catch fire!

All service and attention to detail was very professional. Héctor performed his job functions and maintenance survey of my unit in a very friendly and professional manner.
