Wonderful company! They got us in very quickly and sent me a text containing the name and a photo of the technician who would be coming. The technician, Michael Cheairs, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He actually even stopped to help me load my daughters tire and wheel into my trunk to take it to be repaired, talk about above and beyond service! They beat the prices of everyone that I called. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

Mr Hernandez was very professional. He did a great job of explaining how the job would be done. Very helpful. Thanks. The two service personnel that cleaned the dryer vent were very professional and did a great job. They were very helpful reconnecting the dryer and putting the door to the laundry room back on. I will definitely use Wood Air Conditioning again.

My family bought a home last year with no heating or air. We ordered mini splits from a company that told us they were super easy to install on our own. We quickly realized they were not. I called Wood Air Conditioning and they came out and completed the install for us. They were on time, professional, had great personalities and were very knowledgeable. I honestly don't think they could have done anything more to make it a better experience.

Came out in a timely manner. Was polite and cleaned our air conditioner and added Freon. My only complaint is they will not give me a receipt. Said 3 times now they will email us one but we have yet to receive one. I need a receipt so unfortunately next time I will call a company that can provide me one.

Hector is an excellent technician, he is the only technician in town that I trust with my air-conditioning unit.

We had been in contact with Gregg as our consultant, and he gave excellent customer service. When we were finally ready to buy our new A/C unit, the employees at Wood AC were right on it. We signed the papers and had a new unit by the end of the week. It took the guys less time than we thought it would for the installation. We highly recommend Wood AC.

Mr. Micheal was so helpful in fixing my air. I called and they came out in the same day in this summer heat to fix the unit. He explained what and why he was doing what he had to do. Very recommended.
