Called them about the AC going out. Within 30mins William was at the door to fix the problem. Great service, great price and took the time to explain everything. Went above and beyond to check everything out. Could not be more satisfied.

The AC unit that cools the bedroom areas of our house threw an error and quit working, which during this heatwave was unbearable. I contacted William and he was out the very next morning to assess the problem. He Not only figured out a temporary fix but went above and beyond by contacting Lennox to see if there was an warranty time left on the parts, which fortunately there was. He was back out the very next day, parts in hand and saved me over $1200 due to his efforts!! I highly recommend Pomykal Heating & Cooling for all your service needs.

Our AC began going out the tail end of July. I called William after 5 pm, he was onsite within the hour.
