18 year old systems coils blew up. Was in need of a new system. They were prompt and up front with pricing. With a free quote. They also have financing and that was super easy. Was quoted on Thursday and was able to have the new system installed on Monday. Excellent service. Thank you!

Ellis Air put 2 new HVAC systems in our home 6 and 10 months ago respectfully. Recently had a problem with the heat output and constant running of one. Called and was told someone would be out later that afternoon. Blake showed up around 4 and found and corrected two problems in short order
There was no charge. System working like a champ now.

Open 24 hour bull . All I got was an answering service that could not give me any info .

Tenant let me know at 440 pm on a Friday that the AC wasn't working. Called 4 or 5 other companies and earliest available out of all of those was Monday. Called Ellis and got the answering service a little after 5. 15 minutes later I received a call from technician Patrick who said he would be at the property in 90 minutes. Sure enough he got there on time and made a quick fix. 5 stars

Worst company ever. Rude receptionist. Haven't had our a/c working the whole month of July they forgot to order a part completely and still haven't been back to fix it. Left us 1 window unit for a 3 bedroom house with 3 adults and 2 dogs. We're not NEW construction so we're definitely not priority I get it but a full month?? Worst place ever.

I had an estimated time of arrival for after 1pm and because of our home warranty company I had asked Ellis Air if they could send someone out sooner. I received a call around 8am the next morning from their tech Chris Bailey telling me he would be at my home within 20 minutes, which was hours ahead of what they had initially told me before. Chris was very courteous and informative as well as knowledgeable. I was able to watch the entire process and get the complete breakdown of everything he was doing and or going to do and it honestly felt like I was talking to a long time buddy rather then just a tech getting payed to work. I spent hours reading reviews for different companies and Ellis Air Systems stood out best from all, with great reviews. I could honestly say that, every good review I read reflected with Chris’ work ethics. I would highly recommend Chris Bailey and Ellis Air Systems to anyone I know and look forward to making our business together long term.

My ac went out on a Friday night. Called my normal place, never got a call back. I got a call back within 45 min and they even came out at 1030pm. It was an easy fix and the guy was as nice as could be.

David R with Ellis air serviced both my main system and my split unit today and did a fantastic job. He took his time answered all of my questions he found a capacitor that was weak taking the time to show me the values that it should be, allowable tolerances and measured it in front of me. I will continue to use Ellis Air to service my heating and air units and specifically request David R in the future.

My wife and I work in the health care field so service is very important to us. Preston and the Ellis team far exceeded our expectations. Their work is extremely professional and they are quick to resolve any questions or issues you may have. We live north Austin and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommend these guys!
