This company offers excellent professional service from the first point of contact , I spoke with Valerie, and the technician was Jeff, not only did he do an excellent job, he took time to empower me with some knowledge for the future, next technician was Johnny, also excellent took time and also explained as much as he could. But the most important thing is their pricing. I’m am in Bell County Texas, try them you will not regret.

We had a great experience here! They were able to get our AC/heating maintenance scheduled quickly and it was very affordable! They called us after they were done with our service since we weren’t in the area at that time to explain every thing to us, they gave us the sizes of all of the air filters we need, and they told us the location of all of the air filters in our new house. We really appreciated their service!

They couldn't fix the issue I had originally called about. Couldnt really do much of anything on the service checklist. Wasnt completely the techs fault. The unit was installed in a difficult orientation. But the guy that I delt with on this job didnt really have a can-do attitude. On top of that messed up the gas line going to the furnace. Came home and the house was filled with gas. We have an older home so the valves at the wall making the connection to the furnace were out of date but still working. The furnace and the line that was damaged was only 5 years old. Had to call Atmos energy to find the gas leak. Determined it was right where the tech was working. Got red tagged by atmos which led to a 1000$ bill from a plumber to bring all the valves and connections in the house up to code. I had the plumber fix the techs mistake as part of that 1000$
If you need a system recharge or simple task I guess they can do that. But if you have a real job you need done. I would look elsewhere.

They walked me through everything that was being done and made sure I understood.
