Fantastic service in a timely manner. From start to finish they diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and fixes my AC in 3 days. Polite, professional service and flexible enough to work around my work schedule. Will certainly use again if I ever have a need!

I called Pomykl to diagnose my problem after my AC had gone out twice, but each time I was able to power cycle and getting it going again. The first time the technician was very professional and checked a variety of thing (along with adding more coolant), but wasn't exactly sure what caused the system to be tripped. Instead of encouraging me to pay for an expensive new control board (a possible cause), he suggested I wait and call them out if it went out again. When it happened again a week later, they were out within 2 hours of my call, fixed the issue easily, and didn't charge me for the extra visit. I'm very impressed with everyone I've dealt with so far and will definitely recommend them.

They've always been quick and work you in to the schedule as soon as possible. They gave us a reasonable price and came the next day to fix everything. This is the second time we've used this company and they've been consistent!

We had known for a long time we needed to replace our heat pump. After using Pomykal to service and fix our AC in the past we knew we wanted them to install our new one. They came out the first time to just service my unit when i told them about the heater not heating the way it should.They came out the second time and fixed the wiring for my unit at no charge I was totally suprised and I would definitely recommend using their services.

After we killed the 3 1/2 foot rattlesnake under the outside AC, Billy Pomykal proceeded to efficiently service and repair my house AC. Kudos for bravery and a job well done.

Mr. Pomykal is incredibly responsive reasonably priced, and most importantly takes the time to both explain AND show you what is wrong. Very impressed!

These guys were awesome! Very nice and got it done fast! They new what was going on immediately and the price was very reasonable! Billy was very nice and extremely helpful in helping us with our AC. The repairs recommended were less costly than I expected and just in time to cool my house for the summer! Great family business and glad I went with them!

About a couple weeks ago we had a bit of an emergency with our AC unit and it just so happened to be on a Sunday.
We called Pomykal Heating & Cooling and they were able to give us an estimate and an appointment to come by that day.
When they got here they were very professional and took care of our issue quickly. They said the work wasn't as much as the original estimate we were given over the phone, and they ended up charging us less. Which says alot to me, since they could have stuck with the original price. The fact that they were honest about the charges, their work was amazing, and the AC in our home is now working better than it ever did before says alot.
This is our go to company from now on.
