Showed up when they said they would. They did a thorough inspection of all areas to find the issue. Explained in detail everything that was done. Was willing to answer any question and gave solutions and what to expect.

This is the best heating and cooling company I’ve ever used. I called yesterday with concerns, immediately spoke with a very nice lady from the company who had me set up the next day with an appointment! My time was between 1400-1800 and Billy showed up right at 1405, which literally never happens when I have repair men come! He was very nice, wore shoe covers, was very thorough and had my AC sorted out within hours! Really a great company! Highly recommend!

They came highly recommended by several people on NextDoor app. I can see why. They did not price gouge me or charge based on my zip code or neighborhood. They were very professional, on time, courteous, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The install looks great. They were very thorough. No messes were left. It was an extreme pleasure doing business with them. I will keep them in mind for future work as needed.

Thank y’all. The service was excellent These two guys always do good work they let me know my contacts where getting burnt pretty bad and I told the to go ahead and change them out. That will save me a break down later down the road. The last time they where here before this time they found a capacitor starting to go bad and they changed it out. Once again another problem fixed before a break down. Once again thanks.

I definitely recommend this company. My experience with them was excellent. Great communication and pricing. My AC went out on a weekend and Bill explained everything to me and I understood my parts weren’t available. He came back with temp parts until he can get the other parts. He never left us hanging and was very polite. The parts came in about a week later and he quickly fixed it. If he can save you money he will do the best he can to do that for you. Again I definitely recommend this company and I don’t plan on taking my business anywhere else. They were a life saver in this crazy TEXAS heat.

I contacted Pomykal Sunday morning and had it repaired in the afternoon. This is the second time I've used them for a/c service and they're awesome. I was very impressed with the professionalism, price and communication. These guys are my go to from here on out regarding a/c issues and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have called Pomykal heating and cooling twice now for some air and heating issues. William is very professional and does quality work. He walks you through everything he is doing and checks over your whole system even if it is a simple repair. His services are also reasonably priced. He's my go-to when I have an issue, and I highly recommend him.

AC system went out on a Friday, called Pomykal Heating & Cooling and they were able to work me into their schedule that afternoon and had my ac blowing cold air before nightfall without charging an arm and a leg. I highly recommend for all heating and air work.

William and his son did an exceptional job on my home. They were on time, super patient and polite with my 3 curious kids and went above and beyond to make sure my unit was functioning properly. I signed up for their regular service because of their good work. Completely recommend.
