Over the years I have used Global A/C & Heating at two different residences on several occasions for both maintenance and repairs. Each time the professionalism, honesty, and work ethic of the technicians and the owner have not failed to impress. On this last occasion I called them late afternoon and they were able to come by the same day, after normal business hours, to trouble shoot my A/C issue. I could tell they had already had a long day when they arrived, but none the less they maintained their professional demeanor as they greeted me and throughout the entire time they worked to diagnose the problem. They carefully listed as I explained what had been occurring with the A/C system. They were able to diagnose the problem, unfortunately it was a major component that had to be ordered. The very next day they called me and informed me they were able to track down the component locally and that the determined the part was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. That alone saved me a great deal of money! The next day Tech Trevor Spencer arrive promptly, installed the component, and verified my A/C system was back in working order! Mr. Spencer was very courteous and professional. Great work sir! Global A/C & Heating keep up the good work.

I called them they were very quick to book me to come and clean my ac of about 2 years . They can promptly at about 10 am . After that it was down hill from there. They weren’t able to get the coil down it was too hard. They ripped the frame from the air duct they even moved it. They never asked me permission as to if they were able to do that. Called the company owner was not professional was mad about me complaining about it because his guys were here for 4hrs trying to figure it out. He even told me why was I making a big deal out of it?! How professional was that? I mean of course I am going to be mad why because it wasn’t like that ! They damaged my property and he expects me to be okay with that? He stated they had fixed the issue that was not fixed that is just putting a band aid over it thinking I wouldn’t say anything about it. Worse experience ever!! Never again getting this compay!

selling After 4 years with this unit that was installed . I have had 6 coils, 2 compressors, 2 dryers 3 capacitors replaced. I was sold a junk Goodman 4 ton unit. Watch what they sell you because you will spend thousands of dollars just trying to up keep your ac. I still have 6 years of warranty and will probably go buy a complete system else elsewhere. I have paid for 2 complete systems with the money I have spent repairing this junk unit. I paid $7238.00 for a over priced lead weight and thousands more in repairs. Watch those sly words when dealing with this company you will regret it in the long run. BUYER BEWARE!!! Yes I am a customer !!! Your selling junk. Don't give me your not a customer excuse and you haven't installed a compressor in ten years. I have the proof of the statement above if your smart you will look in your files. You installed our unit 4 years ago in Alton, just because my wife used her maiden name does not mean I'm not a customer. Once you find out go check with the a/c warehouse in Pharr and see what has been replaced with the serial number then maybe you will be ashamed of your reply. I have nothing to hide just stating the facts. Once you check on everything, thing that has been replaced with the warehouse you can change your reply to, he was telling the truth!. Don't give me your not a customer excuse. Nice try when you get a bad review, if you can't take the heat get out of the fire. Nice try! Respectfully. Customer with a 4 ton anchor.

I came home to a hot house , but thanks to global a/c that no longer is the case. They were very responsive and arrived quickly eventhough it was after 5 p.m.. They didn't give up until they figured out the problem. Highly recommend.

The technician Alfredo was very knowledgeable on my questions and had a lot of feedback on things he noticed while doing maintenance on my ac unit. I really liked that he had actual feedback for me instead of just checking the unit and saying everything looked good. Very professional and excellent service!

Global AC has come out to do coil cleaning a few times, and their technicians are very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Both times, there have been issues that needed clarifying and both times the owner himself, Roland, left me with a surplus of information that made me feel assured that I was getting excellent service from a professional company that cares about its customers and the valley. I strongly recommend Global AC for your coil cleaning needs. Also, their prices are better than others. I checked.

My downstairs unit stopped cooling my house on Tuesday night. I called Global A/C Wednesday morning at 7:30, thinking I would have to leave a message. I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer from Roland (the owner). He was able to schedule two technicians to come over and assess the problem with my downstairs unit. Cesar and Cruz punctually arrived for the appointment, and immediately got to work. They discovered a Freon leak in the coils and said they would have to order a new coil for the unit. Maggie, who is really awesome, called me about a half hour later and gave me an estimate for the repair. We are on year eight of the original 10 year warranty, so all of the cost of replacement was covered, except the Freon. Maggie scheduled the repair for the following morning, and again, Cesar and Cruz arrived as scheduled. They were very professional, neat (cleaned up all the mess), and did a great job of repairing/replacing my a/c unit. Roland stopped by in the afternoon to make sure everything was going as planned. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to see the owner at the job site. I would definitely recommend Global A/C and Heating to anyone looking for a professional, honest air conditioning company.
