Called Roland on Monday morning and he said that he would get us going after I got home from golfing. He had a staff emergency but had George and Ruben stop by on their way home from another job. They had our A/C going in no time. Very nice and efficient guys. A pleasure to deal with.

Company had a great response time and follow up to calls. Company offers excellent payment plans for high efficiency ACs. Technicians were friendly and experts. We dealt with Mingo and other techs and had an excellent experience. So happy to have my new AC running in this RGV heat. Overall, great service from company to the techs and most importantly the AC equipment.

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in Roland and his un knowledgeable technician's that were sent to my home 3 time's and yet have not been able to address the problem with our fairly new AC unit of about 4 years purchased with them Global Ac. Unfortunately I feel I was only scammed by paying already$600 dollars and of course their policy to collect their service charge before work. Please be aware of Global Ac u Don't want to get scammed.

Great service and support. Had issues with my compressor, they came out to do yearly maintenance and a service call. Seems the yearly maintenance work resolve my compressor issue at the same time. they were kind enough to only charged me the yearly maintenance and not a service. Highly recommend them, great supporting and customer service.

Bobby and Damien were the ones installing the AC for our house.They removed our broken AC and put on a new one. They were very kind, professional in their job and did everything right. There were no issues whatsoever. The installation was done on the same day and in a quick manner.

I have used Global A/C for several years and this company is very courteous, professional and honest. There employees are friendly, well mannered, punctual and respectable. Global A/C has serviced a number of my friends and family members A/C systems for many years.
