Ruben and Alfredo did a great job installing a new a/c system in my home. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was taken care of before they left. Will definitely recommend Global A/C. Thanks for a job well done.

There are no words to explain how good this company is. My AC went out yesterday, and they were here the next morning at 8:30 am. Ruben diagnosed the problem and said that they needed to order the part and would be at my house a little after lunch - Sure enough they showed up at 1:30 and made the repair. My kids were grateful and the techs showed a level of professionalism that I don't see very often. Later that evening I noticed that my ac was not at the temp I wanted - Called the owner and he mentioned to me that it could take between 4 and 6 hours to get the hot air out of my house. Two hours later my ac was working like he said it would - I thank all the hard working employees like Ruben and the owner Roland for all their help. Exceptional customer service again and again - I am so happy that I installed my new ac with them years ago and its still going strong and they stand by their warranty - Highly recommend - To the owner Roland - Please take the time and buy these guys lunch or breakfast for their hard work - Looking forward to working with you all in the future - God Bless -

The staff was very friendly and did an awesome job with my new air unit. They took the time to do it right and had answers to any questions I had. I'm glad I went to Global A/C & Heating because from the first phone call and even to the day of installing my unit did they continue to make me feel welcome. I know I made the right choice. They didn't leave until we were satisfied. I recommend you use their service.

Miguel did an excellent job today! He took the time to trouble shoot my issue and fix the problem. I had about three previous service calls with two other technicians due to the same problem and my AC issue continued while paying a service fee of $81.18 each time for no remedy to the issue. I appreciate you Miguel for taking the time to finally find the issue and fix it.

Ruben, Bobby and George were great. They were very professional and explained everything that was wrong with my ac. They allowed me to tag along while they worked on my ac and answered any questions that I had. I will continue doing business with them and would recommend others to use Global A/C & Heating.

Great service and quick response. Roland answered my call after hours on the Good Friday Holiday and within 45 minutes a technician showed up to my home to service my a/c unit. Ruben is a very friendly and qualified technician that got my unit going within 15 minutes. I appreciate your help Ruben, very professional.

This is not the first I have ya Global AC 👍🏽 They are so Professional, knowledgeable. I have never felt taken advantage of. Years ago we had Our AC go out and it wasn’t a good financial time. They did not leave us and they worked w us I will never forget how caring they were about making sure w did not pass another HOT night.
