Frontier Air Conditioning

Frontier AC has done it again! I’ve been having issues cooling and heating my master bedroom for years! Cowboy Kool’s (AKA Jay) team (Ernesto & Gamaliel) did an excellent job installing my new multi air unit. Great service and very professional!

I am impressed with the amount of knowledge the technicians had towards installation of my new AC and the question I had. I felt that the customer service both Robert and Argelio Barrera presented was beyond professional and the work that they did was just amazing. I am a first time customer and for sure would recommended towards family and friends because of the amount of professionalism that this company and these individuals has towards the work that did in my household. For sure when I ever I have a question or concern I will contact them because I know that the knowledge they have is correct. For sure a lifetime customer moving forward and beyond happy with every aspect from the quote to the work. If there was more stars I would give this company more. Thank you so much!! Frontier really gives the quality in service. Their tech Victor came over to fix our AC and was very professional and knowledgeable in his trade. Great experience over all. They got my family out of the heat in no time. Thank you guys

I was very impressed with the two technicians who did repairs on my AC unit. I appreciated them calling to let me know they were on the way, and they arrived at the exact time they said they would. Upon arrival, the technicians were friendly and courteous and seemed very professional. Overall, they did an outstanding job fixing my unit, and I am pleased. I would highly recommend Frontier to anyone needing AC repairs.

We have been Frontier customers for three years. I live in Enchanted Valley Ranch in Mission and recommend them highly to all my community neighbors. They are super professional and usually get me an appointment the next day. They do great work and the price is more than fair. Rigo was our tech today and he did an awesome job! Thanks!

We called to have them check our mini split (purchased from another contractor). They were punctual (Eduardo and Justin) and told us what the problems were. Eduardo was very professional. He took our email and my phone number and said he would have a sales rep call us with an estimate for repair or replacement of our mini split. That was 4 days ago and even after I called them the next day to have someone call me they didn’t. Haven’t heard from them since. Very poor customer service. An update…I did receive a call shortly after posting this initially. They were very apologetic and eager to help us. The guys that came out to install our new mini split (Robert and Arnold) were on time and very professional and they took the time to answer all our questions. Very pleased with the service we received. I would definitely recommend their service.

All is great. Just think manager could have given a better price. He quoted a bit over 12,000 for units replacements but I think 10,000 would have been excellent. We would have approved it today 🤷‍♀️. Wish I could have gone with them but can’t afford the $12 grand

It has been over a year that I had my two units replaced. Everything has been running great. I also went ahead and purchased the maintenance service package. I always get a reminder that it is time to change my air filters by text. I have already recommended Frontier Air to friends for the reason that I am very satisfied with their service.

Thank you to Justin Glen for the excellent service he provided in checking our air condition system. He was very professional and courteous and did a great job in explaining how our system works and what he found it needed to work efficiently.
