Thank you to Frontier. Ac purchased a new unit late last to replace my old 16 years ac. Just recently had a few problems, they came and checked it out for two days. The same problem happened at the same time ac would stop working. Victor came out to check and see what seemed to be the problem with his help and talking to workers and owners. It came to be the nest thermostat would shut down for some reason. They switched it out and worked flawlessly. Thank you guys for helping us out, especially since my wife is bedridden and need that ac working in tip-top shape. I appreciate the time and effort to recommend this company.

Justin came out and assisted when I was having trouble with my AC. He was very respectful and prompt with his work. He did a great job, and was very attentive to all my questions.

The thing I disliked about the company is my AC got dirty from the coils and I was charged $589 to fix it. I also was not informed of the $69 charge it would cost for someone to look at the AC. I do believe it shouldn't be this expensive or there should be some sort of warranty. I have only had the AC 10 months!

I called them to come fix the AC of my brother's home and within hours they had their technicians here! They were very professional and thorough with their inspection and figured out what the problem was quickly and got our system working. They gave us an exact pricing for the rest of the repairs and within 48 hours our systems was running like new! My brother and mother were very satisfied with their work and even signed up for their membership plan! Highly recommend them!

Was having some issues with my cooling system and made the call Sunday to get it checked out around 9 am, Victor Ortiz made it out pretty quickly and had the issue which was the capacitor resolved in under an hour. You know the A/C waits until a heatwave hits to go out right? I called Frontier A/C and Heating. Luckily a Technician just finished a job in Harlingen Texas. He was dispatched I received a text telling me he was in route along with a picture of who was coming. I like that, Rigo showed up in about 15 minutes. He was very Professional in attire and company vehicle. I explained what was happening He immediately got to work looking for the problem after about an hour Rigo found the problem. Unfortunately a part had to be ordered and we were going to be without A/C overnight so I thought. Rigo said no Sir you will have A/C before I leave. He was able to install a temporary breaker in the attic and get the air going while the other part was ordered. Wow What a blessing Frontier A/C and Rigo are. The very next day they sent an estimate for my approval with all cost associated with the job. I approved the invoice and they were back later on that day with the part needed and installed. The moral of the story here is if you do not want to be without A/C in this South Texas Heat. Do yourself a favor and call Frontier A/C and Heating. You will be cool if you do and so will your wallet. A very special thank you to Frontier A/C and Heating as well as there Top notch Technician Rigo.
