Good communication and professionalism.. Received call and email to confirm appointment. Technician texted that he was on his way and called me when he arrived. After servicing my AC, he took the time to discuss what he did and steps to take to keep my AC running efficiently. I am so happy with their professional service before, during and after installation. In the future, I am going to use Frontier again for my 2nd new AC.

The whole experience was wonderful. They went above and beyond on their service. The unit was installed in a very professional manner. The customer service, Liz answered all my questions and concerns. She made the whole process feel just right. I'm glad we went with Frontier Air Conditioning.

OMG. Frontier’s Customer service and timeliness were way beyond expectation. We felt important to them. They said they’d arrive by nine to install our a/c that we’d just settled on at 6:30pm the day before. And at 8:30 am they called that they were on their way. Everything they said they were gonna do they did. There as no being after them and calling and calling. If they said X will happen at X time, it happened. They constantly called us to keep us informed of what was happening or what the next step was. I cannot say enough that their customer service was outstanding. At a time when people tell you one thing and then do another once they have your money, it’s nice to see a company like Frontier winning people over with their old fashion customer service and great workmanship. I’ve already referred a few friends to Frontier and will continue to do so. Thank you frontier for putting the customer first.

Tech Saul called before arrival (i appreciate that since i was not home and was given a time frame). Excellent customer service and extremely knowledgeable in his work. He was thorough during his visit. I was able to learn something new on this visit related to my AC unit and maintenance also gave recommendations to prevent any future issues. Also, like to mention he was very helpful in teaching and assisting with the ECOBee thermostat settings (which i had no idea how to use). I highly recommend this company for any AC unit issues. I'm a new homeowner and I am glad I found a trustworthy/ effective company.
