Frontier Air Conditioning

My home AC stooped working & I needed a new one. I got 2 other quotes from different company's but Frontier was the most affordable.
Reached out to Frontier via Website/email a day before.
I worked with Ms. Liz from the Sales Dept. and she explain with detail about the different equipment brands they sale and Pros & Cons.
I decided to go with a Carrier unit.
After signing my quote my installation was schedule the very next day.
I was actually meet by 2 Frontier technicians Mr. Gamaliel & Mr. Eduardo
They replaced the old units inside and outside.
Both new installed units were installed very careful and positioned very well outside and inside
The inside closet had to be modified with new 2X4 studs and plywood to mount new unit
The AC has been running for some days now with no issues at all and you can tell the noise reduction inside and outside as been a lot lower now.
The Thermostat is real innovative, I was able to setup a schedule and restrict the temperatures to a certain temperature range because of my kids :-)
Technicians were extremely professional when it came to the installation, cleanliness, organized and very detailed.
I will recommend these 2 delightful gentlemen anytime and give them a 100+ & A+.

Eduardo and Andrew c/o Frontier A/C came by to repair my residential a/c in the scorching heat. They were very professional and timely! Highly recommend! Professional and reliable service you can count on!

I called to schedule an appt to get our AC looked at since it was not cooling correctly. Victor did a really great job at taking pictures of our issues and explaining what was wrong with our system! It’s nice to have a company that knows their work well and will take the time to explain to you what is wrong. Definitely call them for a consultation if you’re unsure what is wrong with your AC unit!

Today I had the preventative maintenance performed on my hvac system. The service tech named Victor was very friendly and punctual he explained the steps he performed to ensure my system was running in tip top shape he seemed very knowledgeable and gave me tips to help keep my system running like new. He did a Very thorough job checking and making sure everything was running without issues . Thank you Victor for your superb customer service and the great job you did.

My A/C Stopped blowing cold, & called Frontier, first off, the woman I set the appointment with was friendly & professional. Listened to me & assured me I would get it handled in a timely manner. She & the technician kept me informed when they were arriving & once the 2 guys got there they found the problem, fixed it, & explained everything going on with my Wife. I highly recommend this company & have chosen to have them maintain my unit on a regular basis.

Frontier sent out Eduardo to my service call, he was knowledgeable and quick to find the issues with my older unit. Upon discovery of the issues I was presented with the option of repair or replacement. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful throughout the process. This is my second time using this company at 2 different locations. No complaints here.

Victor and Luis saved my family from a summer of intolerable heat we called same day and they scheduled a 1 hour appointment and easily pointed out the issues in our ac and promptly and efficient fixed our ac. At a affordable price as well!

Amazing service! Edwardo and Arnold arrived on time and had our AC up and going in under 30 minutes. Big plus for us is you’re able to schedule online and select a time that works best for you. You get updated via txt and email. And for us that makes everything 100% easier due to our work schedules. Definitely will recommend.

Victor was very informative and efficient in getting our thermostat replaced. He also went above and beyond explaining to us the maintenance our unit may need soon and looked up new units and payment plans for when the time arrives.
