Called to replace my water main. Dial One wanted to charge a service charge just to give an estimate but this was waved when I told them there were others that gave free estimates. Very friendly and professional service tech. I did not go with Dial One because I obtained four other estimates which were within a few hundred dollars of each other. Dial One was $3400.00 more than the highest other bidder. I can understand a few hundred dollars but $3400.00! No thank you!

James is very knowledgable in his work. He and Patrick were extremely courteous and personable while here installing our new water heater. Thanks for getting it done and restoring some normalcy here with hot water.

Dial One Johnson Plumbing was responsive to our call and had a technician to our house in less than a half hour. We had an issue with the wall behind our washing machine showing obvious signs of water leakage and they were able to identify the problem and remedy it during their visit.

Justin was our technician and was very polite and courteous to my Mother who was with him while he addressed the situation.

Mr. James B. with Dial One installed a kitchen faucet at our home. James was professional, well mannered, articulate, and thorough in explaining what was going to be done with the faucet and drain. Another important attribute that we liked, is that we felt safe having him in our home installing a kitchen faucet.

They checked my water heater for teaks. Did not find any. Were very thorough and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction!

Gabe was professional and courteous. He did what I asked and more. He was conscientious and fair-minded. I have more work that needs to be done and I hope he will return when I call again.
