A/C went down in my home which is now rented. Hot Texas summer Sunday. Called Sun afternoon. It was running Monday afternoon. Felt like a long time but it's a realistic time frame.The Tech, Joe was sharp & professional, Office person was good & “on it” all the way through. I’ve Used Dial On Johnson before on a much bigger water problem & the whole team was “On It” all the time. They always seem to work as a team & it very effective.

Dan came out at 10 o’clock on a Friday night to fix our AC unit. He found the issue and had it up and running within minutes. He was absolutely awesome, energetic, enthusiastic and truly seemed to love what he does. Incredible experience and made my day.

Upon request, they arrived the next day to see if the issue we were having was related to the repair work they had done several months ago. Once they confirmed it was not related, they checked for other possible causes and made a professional recommendation to address the issue, all without charge.

My experience from the initial call to the actual service was top notch. Kerlin arrived ealier than I expteced which was great. The description of the problem Kerlin gave was very accurate and he did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. The work he perform was pretty quick and the workmanship look good.

Had a shutoff valve bust and had to turn off the main. Called Dial One Johnson late afternoon and immediately was in contact with Teiyana in customer service. She had Mr James scheduled to come out first thing the following morning to replace the valve and get the water back on. Both Teiyana and James were very professional, courteous, and very attentive to resolving the issue quickly and with great quality. When your house is flooding and there’s that feeling of helplessness, it was very reassuring to have Dial One Johnson handle the problem and get things back to normal

We appreciate our recent service technician, Dan, who performed regular seasonal maintenance and offered options to improve air quality to assist with allergies and asthma. Every aspect of the service and options was explained thoroughly with no pressure for sales or service. We use Dial One for all HVAC and plumbing services and their maintenance plan is excellent as we are able to apply a reasonable monthly fee 100% towards services annually. This company is run well and has friendly, professional staff.
