As our technician. We live out of town and I could feel his professionalism and knowledge of craft through the phone. He went above and beyond, and kept great record of the tasks performed. First of all, Mr. Emmett was EVERYTHING!!! He was super early and arrived IMMEDIATELY. There was almost no wait and once he arrived, he identified the issue almost immediately with the AC unit and began to work. He engaged everyone in the home and was very warm and down to earth. He wasn't pretentious or distant. He was naturally warm and kind. Very professional and informative. He spoke with everyone but he was to the point and didn't take long to resolve the issue and address our concerns. Not only will I stay with them, I would recommend Mr. Emmett before any other company or entity. I know some reviews sound too good to be true.....Emmett really is❤!!! Joseph removed and installed a new hot water heater plus auto shut off. He explained the cost and the details of the work he was going to do. He did an excellent job. If I have any problems I should contact Dial One.
