Dial One Johnson Plumbing is a great company to do business with. They are very responsive starting with their front line representatives. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Andy who was so professional and so helpful. Her customer service and responsiveness was top notch.

Equally as impressive was one of their service tech by the name of Daniel. Daniel was prompt, curtious and most of all very knowledgeable in his trade. He did not hesitate to answer questions and explain various options. Really nice guy!

James was great! so professional and thorough. I had hired 3 plumbers before him to find the leak in my house and none of them were able to do it. James found and repaired the leak I have had for 2 years in about 2 hrs. I'm soooo happy!

Ultra professional, friendly, and extremely well trained in every facet of air conditioning and plumbing, I can't say enough good things about this company. They're A1 in every way. Had a fairly new water heater start leaking and the original company that had replaced it wouldn't send anyone out for over a week. I called Dial One and they sent someone right over and it was replaced under warranty they are awesome. I highly recommend them.
