Everyone from Coomes Air was very professional when installing a new unit. I’m giving them a 2 star because the unit that was put in is very loud when cutting on. It wakes me up from sleep when it kicks on. I have asked if there is anything that can be done but haven’t heard back from anyone. I’ve even called twice. Hopefully someone will fix this issue. If it wasn’t for that this would have been a 5 star rating.

Coomes is a great team to work with. Rapid responses to calls and questions. Tanner takes time to explain quotes and options. They worked with me to understand actual needs and did not oversell or over-kill on unit installs. They have done 4 complete new installs for me between home and business and all have went well. I've recommended them to others and have had only good comments back.

Great end to end experience. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the dispatchers on the phone to the technicians that worked in our home. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. We have a 2 year free maintenance plan and a 10 year warranty. I will definitely be recommending Coomes to everyone I know.

Jimmy did a fantastic job in repairing our AC unit. After he checked on our unit, he gave us a clear breakdown of what the problems could be and how much each repair would cost. The prices were affordable. The repair was quick and he had our AC unit up and running in no time. I would highly recomend Coomes to friends, family, and anyone else in need of HVAC repair!

Brian B. came out today on a Sunday to help us out. The compressor wasn’t working on one of our units. Turns out it was a simple fix. He answered all my questions and when I asked him how much to write the check for he told it was no charge because I had the parts on hand I and they had been out the week before.

Brandon and the Coomes install team were awesome. Very professional, on time, excellent install and great valve. I was very impressed with the entire teams work ethic. Most of all, in light of today's new norm of social distancing and masks, the Coomes team respected and complied with this as part of their policy. On time, assessed situation and provided alternatives for my choice. I have used Coomes for ongoing maintenance over the years and I like the professionalism of this company. Should I need a full replacement I would go with them if their prices to replace are competitive.
