Armando came to check my system and change my filter. He arrived on time and before he entered put on protective shoe covers. He was very polite and courteous. Upon completion, Armando told me everything looked good and gave me a copy of what was checked.Finally, asked if I had any questions before I signed. I have been with Coomes for several years and I highly recommend them.

Called Coomes on Sunday, they called me back before 8am Monday, and the tech was at my house by 9am. My issue was corrected quickly, and my AC system was back in service by noon.
The technicians were polite, explained everything, and quickly diagnosed my issue.
Very happy with the service I received, and I'm sure I'll be doing business with Coomes again.

Great service, very honest staff and repair persons. I have used them for 17 years..Martin has been our go to person for our semi annual service. He explains what services he performs and makes recommendation that are appropriate. When I need to replace my HVAC system I will use Coomes.

I was able to schedule AC service quickly. Martin arrived as scheduled but was not able to complete the outside work due to weather. When the weather cleared later the same day, he returned and finished the job. Excellent service, no drama.

Scott was very professional. Once he identified the issue, he explained in detail what was causing my air conditioner to not blow cool air. He then went a step further to share the initial fix and options to correct the issue should the initial fix not work. We have been using Coomes for a couple of years now and find that they are very courteous and accessible. We are on their semi annual maintenance plan where a service person comes to inspect, clean and check electrical components and connections twice a year. We are especially pleased when Jimmy comes to do the inspection and any repairs. He is very knowledgeable and will take time to explain things in simple layman's terms.

I couldn’t be happier with my choice to use Coomes Air to install my new home a/c unit. I really appreciated the respect that they showed me and my home. They answered all of my questions and there were no surprises along the way. They took the time to put covers over their shoes before entering from outside and tried not to disturb me or my wife while we worked from home. Our home warranty sent out 2 different crews for 2 seemingly unrelated issues - and neither could help us. I had the number for Coomes from an old landlord, so we gave them a shot.
