Brian came out and gave me a quote on replacing our destroyed HVAC system. He took his time collecting all the information he needed to provide an accurate quote. He was professional and honest. He presented me with options and never pressured me.
We weighed several scenarios before finally deciding to use Coomes and I'm so glad we went with them.
The day they showed up Eddie and Esteban greeted me and began explaining what they were going to do, they were extremely professional and very knowledgeable so it really put me at ease with our decision. They began to work and let's just say we did not present them with an easy task. The unit inside has a small area it has to fit into so that was their 1st problem and they had to build a new slab for the outside unit as well. Well, they took on these task like the true champions they are and let me tell you they did an amazing job.
The area where the inside unit sits is a small closet in the hall. Well Eddie tried 2 different case fitting's and nothing was working, it was still not going to let our door shut, so Brian came and got involved and between the 2 of them they figured out a solution. They all 3 worked on it tirelessly until Brian had to leave then Eddie and Esteban made sure it was completed. They are truly an amazing crew. I would use them 10 times over without a doubt. I would like to mention the crew that cleaned our vents as well. Another great group. If using Coomes you will not be disappointed!!

We couldn’t be happier with our new AC and heating units. Coomes was exceptionally respectful of our home during installation and our home has never felt more comfortable. Their customer service has been excellent. Calls are returned usually within an hour and they come out twice a year to replace high-efficiency filters and service our new units. Have never had a single complaint.

Our AC unit wasn't cooling and we contacted Coomes Air Conditioning (the original installer) to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician was Abel Mansheim. He was the Lead person for the original install. He assessed the problem right away and got us up and running.

Josh was very helpful in getting our upstairs unit to cool as it should. He was patient in explaining the issue and possible solutions. Fast and efficient service. I didn’t doubt his expertise. Happy to say our house is comfortable and cool!

As a retired engineer, I'm usually hands on and quite curious about everything mechanical. So I'm always tagging along with anyone doing anything around our house.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brian and Coomes Air! Our AC went out overnight called in for service this morning and Brian was at our house same day. My AC began to make weird noises over the weekend. Come Monday, it no longer turned on.
Called Coomes Tuesday morning and they had someone out that same day.
Marvin was my technician and he did an amazing job. From listening to me try to duplicate the sounds I was hearing, showing him the videos I had on my phone of the noises, to taking the time to explain what was going on. He didn’t mind me hanging out in the area where he was working. He took his time to explain what he was doing when he was troubleshooting the ac. Once he found the problem he gave me some options. Marvin ran through prices for repair. After making the decision to let him fix it he tracked down the parts we needed and got it done.
Also he made sure to cover his shoes every time he came into the house to make sure he didn’t bring in any trash or dirt.
I would definitely recommend Coomes Air.

I decided on a package and six days later, the technicians, Jeff and Aziz, showed up and completed the job. The technicians were equally as professional and honest. They were meticulous with the installation and incredibly patient teaching my 86 year old father how to program the thermostat.
Coomes wasn’t the cheapest quote I got but their professional standard and commitment to customer service was priceless. I paid exactly what was quoted! There were no hidden fees or up charges!
