Used the company for the first time. Overall fantastic company and service. Their "EzBook" system can be made more robust and integrated, such that customers can schedule appointments on open slots. Regardless, from the dispatch team to the repairman experience was positive.

First called them on recommendation, to replace our evaporative cooling system and replace roof vents. Perfect service. A year or so later replaced our ducting heating system and roof vents, again perfect. We just had a couple of evaporative cooling units installed in another property and again. perfect. good task installing and also did they said they would, when they said they would. They are well priced and have attention to detail. Thanks for a superb job!

We needed an emergency fix on a Friday night after hours because of a leak in the water line into the house. They arrived out promptly and did a temporary repair and then came back the next week to put in a new water service. Great communication and price. Customer sevice is a 10 out of 10. recommend

Ayden replaced a hot water heater for us with little notice. He got the project done with no problems and even installed shut off valves that were not there before. He was great. We could not endorse more. 10 stars!

Dominique handled most of the administrative details when i first called the business. She was so friendly and helpful. pleasant and responsive. Javier, plumber, arrived out to assess the problem with my water heater. He was amazing. knowledgeable, very accommodating around my needs, thorough and professional. On top of this, he is a delight to work with. At this writing, i am working with scheduler to set up the water heater replacement appointment. My schedule is horrendous--but team is working hard to accommodate my specific needs.

We had a leak, Lorenzo arrived the next day, spent quite a bit of time searching for the leak and actually found two. He was knowledgeable and explained all options. He was pleasant and awesome to job with.

Bruce W. did a plumbing inspection on our home and pointed out some concerns. We decided to replace our two aging water heaters with a tankless one. He and Bobby G. did a good job! They went ahead and replaced our hose bib while they were here too. They went above and beyond! I endorse them!

I’ve never met such a work tech! He explained thoroughly, explained what could be done later vs. what should be done asap. He was thoughtful and professional. I hope he’s the one they send to check the furnace in the fall!

On time, install of both new and furnace plus new thermostat. Professional and the “team “ worked together. came at 8 am and were finished around noon. Explained we needed to know. glad to have HEAT. **They did provide space heaters until we were scheduled for install = one day
