good work all around. personnel from making appointments to work at home. Excellent timely and professional repair by Gordon. Great communication and explanation of issues. We suspected leak under kitchen sink. Gordon confirmed leak under double sink and also garbage disposal. Also strainer on left was rotted underneath (plastic) and leaking as well. Replacement of garbage disposal, pipes and strainer, all steel/brass better quality, long lasting and long warranty. Great care taken to protect floor and cleanup. went well, too. I honestly thought price was a bit high but so worth the expert repair and installation. Definitely recommended.

work repairman was professional and thorough. He was kind and considerate - wore face mask and shoe covers when entering home. He removed a ceiling filter that was not needed and vacuumed grate. He insured that I knew about draining hot water heater annually and how to do it. He reviewed the Home Health Report Card with me and informed me about possibly considering a Surge Defense unit. His service was timely and efficient. Job well done!

Guy was great. He contacted before arriving with an , showed up on time, was kind and friendly of my home, wore shoe covers, explained his diagnosis and restored the issue answered all my questions and gave me a few maintenance tips. I’ll request Guy if I need HVAC assistance again.

Showed, explained and repaired small problems that 2 other technicians either didn't see or didn't care to fix. Super respectful and wasn't pushy on there plans you could buy. The receptionist making the appointments was nice and pleasant. (Big thing for me as I've dealt with alot rude receptionist).

These guys are fantastic. I've had them perform maintenance, some troubleshooting/repairs, and a full installation of a new heating and cooling system. They are timely, professional, nice, and honest. I endorse that you call them when you have HVAC needs.

Ralph our tech was quickly at our building at 8am on a Sunday. Our furnace was corrected within an hour with the best of service and price ! We recommend Ductwork’s - you now have a customer for life !

We have nothing but praise for Mr. Kiefer. Assessed the problem(s) installed two new toilets after obtaining them on short notice the same morning, clean and efficient. Liked, in particular, how well he explained his services and the charges upfront. All nicely done.

Both the scheduling and fix process were stellar. The repairman was professional, and clearly explained the needed repair. Repair was prompt with care taken replacing everything that was moved. Invoicing was detailed and accurate. Really couldn’t have asked for better service. Would certainly recommend.
