This company was amazing when we needed our AC repaired, and then later replaced. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and were able to get the job done in a timely matter. Hopefully we do not have anymore issues with our AC, but if we do we will defiantly use Aire Serv and I will always recommended them to a friend.
Service tech was polite and professional. He assessed the problem, made the necessary repairs and recommended items that needed attention in the future.

Called because my AC condenser was making a concerning noise. Called and the tech arrived and told me the fan motor needed replaced. I told him it was under warranty (10 years) and he told me it wasn’t. He took $125 for diagnosis. I called Lennox and they told me yes it was covered. I called Airserve and advised them it was under warranty. Issue the motor has to be sent to Lennox to exchange for a new one. I still have the motor and no one has bothered to call me back, even after I called and requested them give a guess of when my AC will be fixed. I will be calling another company. Airserve put the AC in but since then they have been a headache to deal with. I’ll spend my money on a local company from here on out.
Bobby and his partner were awesome! Came and fix and issue on the heater in no time and were able to explain to me what was happening. Highly recommended!!
The tech came out and diagnosed our newly installed (by another company) mini split AC that was not cooling. He added refrigerant and everything worked fine! They were sent out by Home Depot (where we ordered the AC unit from. They were quick and helped me afterwards to get an invoice for the manufacture.
I requested my AC to be checked. I received their recommendation. I asked if the price could be broken down between parts and labor. I was told no that it is just one price. That makes it difficult when I pay for parts as the landlord and my tenants pay for labor. Then he called back and lowered the price that he originally quoted. So I asked again can you break down the labor and parts. I feel like he was not being honest and was up charging me for no reason. I have used Aire serv for many years and this is the first time I have felt like the technician was being dishonest.

After calling many other companies last week and not getting calls back or having my appointment delayed Aire Serv called back within minutes and showed up when we set our appointment time. They communicated well and I felt cared about as a customer. The tech was knowledgeable and kind and while other companies told me I needed a whole new HVAC system, he checked an $85 part that every other company should have checked first. It was broken and instead of just condemning our whole system like most other companies did the tech went out of his way to get us up and running with a minimal expense. Honesty and kindness go a long way. Air Serve has earned my business for life simply off this experience. When I have to replace my HVAC system they will be my first call.
Having a hot home and a 7mo old doesn’t go well together! I was at Home Depot trying to buy everything I had Googled about an AC system and when I walked out to my truck an Aireserv Tech was by his truck. I told him what I was doing and he simply told me to call him if it doesn’t fix it and he’s be glad to help, 24-7! Jose just left my house. Ac working! I tried a guy that everyone said was great and apparently he overfilled my compressor! Jose did let me know that the compressor is running super high amps and won’t last too much longer! Who wants to hear that! But I tell you what he went over options with me even said they could do financing and answered all my questions. I felt he was really concerned for my needs and he wanted to provide the best quality of work for my homes needs. As a new homeowner, having an ac problem in the first 6 months is horrible, but I don’t feel too bad about future repairs Because of the options and help Jose provided! I think I just found my first and only call in the future when it comes to heat and air! Thanks Jose, my family is grateful!
Richard came out to perform spring service on my AC units. Cleaned suitcase filters up in the attic and checked pressures and capacitors on outside condenser units. Told him the condenser unit coils needed washing so he sprayed them clean with water. Very personable and performed a fine service!
