UPDATE .I had them out on a Saturday night late when my Ac stopped working. I was please with the courtesy and knowledge of the tech who fixed it. Also the fact they don't charge double for nights and weekend calls or a penalty was a plus.

I was very happy to get an amana heat pump installed and they did a good job, but my house used to be cold on my old unit and my electirc was a little high. I now have 80-84 degrees in my house if it is in the high 90s outside. and my bill is 100 dollars higher in the summer than it was with the old unit even though the salesman told me it would be very cost effective. the serviceman does come out every 6 months and they cannot find a reason it should be so high temp wise. It is unbearable especially considering the cost of the unit . I am still happy with the service, but wish they could figure it out. I had them out on a Saturday night late when my Ac stopped working.

The guy that helped us was great he cleaned out our dryer vent that goes through the roof young adult very respectful solved our problem . Very affordable also. Only thing they need to work on is time scheduling we waited around from 8-1 because we had no update when they might be there of course not the gentleman’s fault

Firstly, 24 hour service is a big win for me! I've worked in and around service industries my entire life and I was floored when no one in Andrews would come out after hours. So to find out that AireServ worked whenever was awesome!
The tech that came out, Jason, was very straightforward, honest and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his effort and the help he provided. This was a great experience for us and I'll be using AireServ for all of my HVAC needs from here on out!

And believe me I shopped around! I am a very picky shopper! I literally had 6 different companies give me quotes and a couple come to my house! But we stopped dead on our tracts when we got to AIRESERV!
They were by far the BEST!!!!! Including the price!
The people they used to install our Unit were very efficient and professional as well!
And when we saw our AC UNIT outside! OMG!!! Talk about gorgeous! The stand and the thermostat included!! They were all so beautiful!
And then to finish it all off...... YES!!!! We are very happy 😎 cool now!!!!!!

A/C was not working and it was hot out. Aire-Serv promptly returned my call and got someone to my house within the hour. Israel was very professional, checked everything on the system. Figured out it was the breaker that was bad. I went and got a new breaker and replaced it and working great.
They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, just an honest diagnosis and I was more than happy to pay for the service call. Would not hesitate to recommend them as they have earned my future business for sure.

The Aire Serv Team have been a great service to both my new home builds and my personal home maintenance for many years. The office and field personnel are great!

Their quotes are low, until you will have to replace your entire system piece by piece after they install it. 4 years after Aireserv installs my unit and I'm still having issues. They installed (3.5 ton air unit with heat pump) in summer of 2016 and couldn't get the house below 80 degrees. They blew in attic insulation and it reached 75 degrees. 6 months later winter hits. The heater does not work. Aire serv technician comes out and curses Jeremiah and the company. He "fixes" my heat, replaces my wifi thermostat with a normal one because the unit is not compatible with the wifi thermostat, and leaves. One month later, I receive my electricity bill $800. Aireserv technician comes out and says it is running off aux heat because I do not have a unit with a heat pump in it. I paid for a unit with a heat pump. I gather all documentation present it to the office staff and threaten to sue. They tell me "go ahead". I do not have the funds to take them to court, and my unit is still not functioning properly. I save $3500 to purchase a unit with a heat pump and have another company install it. Three years later and my fan stops blowing last night. The furnace installed by Aireserv appears to be a rebuilt unit ( i paid for a new one). The wiring was so poorly done that it has shorted the fan relay and caused the sequencers in the heat strips to wear out. So once again, I am replacing another piece to the system thanks to Aireserv and their poor quality. At this point I will have replaced everything installed except the ductwork.

Update 06/2021: The new manager contacted me and apologized. He offered to refund the $3500 i spent on my unit with a heat pump. He also provided the parts that were needed for the heat to function. My heat pump was ineffective during the winter storm and we relied on the sequencers for heat. I received half my refund about a month after this review and the other half a couple weeks ago. I thank the new manager and his team for following through and making things right for my family.

Technician was very polite and quick. Took care of the problem within an hour. Which was great for me as it was 100 degrees inside my office. Completely worth the price.

Chris Fischer was very professional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and told me exactly what I needed to know. He trouble shot my system and found the problem. He is a shining example of what a good reliable tech service should be. I will only ask for him for all my ac work. Very satisfied.
