Northern Tool + Equipment

First wanted to start this off by saying that I am a general contractor, and buy a lot of my tools from Northern, but I will not be returning after the way I was treated by the young lady that was on shift and how she spoke to me. I was simply asking a question of one of the other employees, and she interrupted it in and was very rude. Being in the business of customer service, and relying on people, calling me back. I don’t know who put her in charge but I think she needs a lesson on how you treat a customer. Definitely disappointed

Clean, orginized and great staff. Nathan met me at the door directed me to products I was looking for answer all my questions. Impressive. That type of services is not typical in today's box stores.

Checked to see that they are open, google says open, info was added 3 days ago. Just wasted an hour of my day driving to and from the store.

Have been a fan of Northern Tool but I feel the need to call out a great experience that was even better than normal.

Did a motor swap on my son's go-cart and was referred to Amanda Harris as being the source of knowledge. She didn't fail in that regard and not only gave above expected customer service but also set me up with a motor that was a huge upgrade; not just in power rating but even in improvements such as the gas tank, a kill switch and even a fuel shut-off switch.

As long as Northern Tool doesn't do something crazy and lose employees like Amanda, they'll do just fine in the future!
