This company goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. We did not have heat for 4 days and they showed up and fixed our problem. The customer service and the care they showed are family was exceptional. If all companies were run like this the world would be a better place! Great company! Great service. Technician came to check out the system on a home one of my buyers was looking to purchase. He was thorough and straight-forward. Not often you hear from an A/C company that the unit is in great shape and gave maintenance tips.

It's now a year later. This time my A/C went out. I called A/C Works and Dave Crowley called me right back. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and said he would be over that same evening. Dave arrived sooner than expected and showed me what the problem was, replaced the faulty part, did some clean out maintenance and, well lets just say...NOBODY could beat his price or warm personality. It was a pleasure meeting Dave and I will pay the kindness forward. I am blessed to have made his acquaintance.

I called A/C works at 10:15am and David returned my call within minutes. One of our a/c units didn't seem to be working and I was panicking! They had an opening to come by in 30 minutes, but they came in 20! He checked the unit and had the part he needed with him. He took the time to show me what needed to happen. It was fixed and cooling down the house within the hour after my initial call. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone! I highly recommend them.

David was very helpful in setting up the appointment, and Jason was fantastic at the appointment. He diagnosed the issue very fast and provided exceptional customer service! Highly recommended!

Called AC Works at 7:35am this morning and by 8:45am had a working air-conditioner again for a lot less than I expected! David and his son, Sam were extremely friendly and really did provide excellent service. I can honestly say David saved me thousands of dollars.

Jason came out this afternoon to provide maintenance service on my heat pumps. On time. Professional. Courteous. While providing routine maintenance, Jason found a problem with one of heat pumps. Unit is fine cooling but does not want to heat. A service technician will be out next week to dig deep into the unit to diagnose and repair the unit. I had assumed that the unit was working well as it cools the air. I might not have noticed a lack of heat in a seldom used part of the house until it got really cold and resulted in an emergency service call at best and broken pipes and water damage at the worst. Jason may just have saved me some very expensive house repair bills. Thanks Jason!
