A/C Works

As always, the A/C Works team went above and beyond to help us out. We came home to our AC being out on a Sunday evening. David responded to our call in less than 10 minutes and Jason arrived about 30 minutes later to repair it. Thank you again for the great service!

I can see why they have so many great reviews both online and among my community. I called A/C works after being dissatisfied with the service from my existing service provider who was the original installer of the unit in my new home. Sam and Jason came out to service my system on two occasions so far. Both times they were great on communication, timeliness, and professionalism. Highly recommended if you want a better experience with your AC service.

A/C Works was working at the house down the street from me and I stopped the young man, I believe his name was Sam, who was working there to ask him a few questions and he not only took the time to answer them but gave me information on things I had never thought to even ask. Whenever time comes for me to need an hvac company they will be my go to. He was very knowledgeable and kind and didn't have to take time to talk to me but he did and that kind of service is few and far between these days.

A/C Works has been unfailingly honest and dependable through the years since I first “discovered” them. I was impressed from the beginning with the careful assessment of my AC problems. There was no effort to sell me more than I needed, and the team showed up on time and worked in an efficient, friendly, safe manner. I recommended A/C Works to my daughter and son-in-law when their AC units were giving up this year. Add those two to the list of very happy customers!

I had to call A/C Works late on a Friday night after the temperature had reached 90 in my house. Within the hour, David was already at my house repairing my unit. Not only did he replace the damaged part, but he also did a check list on the entire system. The fee was very reasonable, and because of COVID social distancing was practiced at all times. Great service!

We have been using AC Works for many years now and keep coming back because they are honest, trustworthy, do a great job, and are extremely pleasant to work with. They have done Annual maintenance, rework of our ductwork, and have installed new air conditioners. I Strongly recommend them and have referred them to many many friends.

A/C Works was very responsive. My AC stopped cooling at 6pm, I called them at 7:13p, they were at my home by 8p and by 8:40p they had it working. I really appreciated their attention to detail, explanation of work being performed & professionalism. I'll use them again when needed.

David runs his business very well -- he's responsive, timely, fair, does high quality work and is a genuinely nice guy.... I've been so pleased using him over the last 8 years in our home. I've recommended him to neighbors and friends. I don't believe you'll find a better service provider than David & his team. He will have my business for years to come.

We have used A/C Works since we moved to Texas over 10 years ago. We have 3 AC units which have required repair and eventually replacement over the course of the years. A/C Works is extremely honest. David (the owner who runs the business) will recommend the best solution for you even if it means losing potential $$ for their business. We really appreciate that. He also gives you plenty of tips to extend the life of your AC unit. Things that some other places probably wouldn't do. A/C Works is reliable, professional, reasonably priced and most of all honest. I recommend you give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
