Jason at MyACWorks was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed and conducted the repairs promptly as well as recommending proactive steps to prevent future outages. The call to the front desk was answered promptly and tech assigned quickly. Well done.

Sam is so knowledgeable about air systems. He answered all my questions, did an excellent job servicing my unit and shared tips that will help me maintain it going forward. I highly recommend Sam and his family at AC Works! They are good people and know their stuff.

We have used A/C works for over 4 years, and they are always responsive, professional, and care about giving you the highest quality service they can. We have had them service, repair, and improve our HVAC system. There is no pressure and they only do what is necessary. This last time they fixed our HVAC they went over and above in diagnosing and fixing the problem. We highly recommend them, and trust what they tell us.

Always get the best service experience when using A/C works. On time, responsive to inquiries, extremely personable. Have replaced fan motors and other parts in the past and was very reasonable on cost. Came out recently and found a simple easy repair, for someone who knows what they are doing, and fixed quickly with no charge. I would never consider using any one else when it comes to serving my HVAC system. If you are in need of service just stop looking and use AC Works

Excellent A/C service - would highly recommend. These guys know what they’re doing and have the personal and professional integrity to go along with it. Their pricing (cost of repairs) is very reasonable for the work done. I’m retired and have dealt with many contractors over the years, A/C Works is among the top positive experiences I’ve had. A/C Works was recommended to me by my in-laws. He is exceptional. Knows his craft, fairly priced, and honest. I signed up for a regular service program because I feel so confident in his ability to take care of my HVAC needs same as he would his own.

Posted the above review a few years ago and it is still true today. Company is successful and continues to grow though have not lost that personal touch and they do great work.

A/C Works is fabulous! I have them service my HVAC system twice a year as preventative maintenance. They also answer calls for help quickly! Jason came out and fixed an issue within a couple of hours from my call. He was patient and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend A/C Works!

The technician actually arrived early, but waited patiently until I came home from work at the scheduled time. He was very nice and professional. He completed the maintenance on the AC and unclogged a drain that was causing the tray to fill up with water in the unit in the attic. He was very cautious to keep my house clean as he worked. I was more than pleased with the visit. This is the third time I used A/C Works and will continue. I highly recommend them.

David and his team are always extremely friendly and responsive! Anytime I have called in, they are to my house within the same day and no matter how long it has been since I have called, they remember me. Highly recommend them! Thank you David and team!

I am so very thankful for A/ Works! My heater stopped working a few days before our winter disaster storms and it was actually a blessing! David came out the same night to fix it and thankfully we got great heat when our power came back on. My most favorite parts of the experience was how honest he was about what was wrong, that he was able to fix it the same night with very short notice and that it was super inexpensive! This is my only A/C and Heating company from now on! Thank you so much!
