I am highly impressed with the team at Superior AC and Heat.They are efficient, responsive, and economical. My heat went out on a Sunday night and they were able to come first thing the following morning to diagnose the problem. It turns out that I needed a whole new unit! They were able to install it that same day in 3 hours right before the winter ice storm hit. I presently have been home for 3 days due to the storm and have been enjoying my cozy and warm home. The service was excellent. On Saturday, I awoke to find our thermostat malfunctioning and the heat pump not operating. After I contacted, a technician arrived a few hours later. He was really cordial and nice. He found the issue in about 20 minutes, had the necessary item on the truck, and was finished in less than an hour. On top of the excellent service, the replacement was free because our equipment is still under its ten-year guarantee.
