My A/C stopped working on a hot Sunday afternoon.

I called KMP and Billy and his team really took care of me.

Very fair prices AND offered awesome solutions to allergy air quality issues.

Great company and awesome staff that does very professional and clean work.

Billy and Micheal are amazing Billy started it off with his great diagnostic and Michael came the next day to finish. he literally was helping me out for hours in the great Texas heat. I had a issue with the a/c unit he was able to locate and go into
a very detailed assessment in regards to the unit. Unfortunately I have to replace it or can get it fixed (rather replace)due to cost almost the same. He did everything in his power to get us the right information, best options, and service. KMP definitely have great employees with great customer service skills can't thank these guys enough for what they did.

We met with Michael. He was super friendly, very educational and patient with our many questions. We haven’t made a decision yet about which business we will purchase from as it is a rather expensive endeavor and we want to make sure that we have done our due diligence in educating ourselves and seeking more than one opinion and advice.
We do So love your company’s customer service and attention to giving all the necessary support. I would definitely recommend your company on the value of customer care. And would most definitely recommend Michael as the tech/sale/representative to see. He is so amiable and informative with a seemingly great depth of knowledge about what he is doing!

We had very old faucet handles in showers, both leaking bad. A sink with cold water running continuously. Called Michelle last night and they came out first thing this morning, now all fixed before 2! TJ and Issac were super great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They did not try to rip us off or do unnecessary work. I really appreciate KMP! Highly recommend! Honest and trustworthy. Thank you both so much!

Stevie was right when he confidently said he will be able to fix our seemingly complicated clogged pipe. It took him a couple of hours to successfully and professionally fixed the problem. He is honest and knowledgeable. Same with his companion, Daylon, both are polite, focus and patient. So highly recommended.

Evan o’ Brian and a couple of assistants removed and installed a new water heater in my attic. They did an excellent job for the installation and a couple of upgrades to the water heater installation. They kept their work area tidy and kept me informed as to their progress. Thanks ver much for a job well done.
